At DressUpWave.com, we want you to love your purchase. If you are not fully satisfied, we’re here to help with returns and refunds under the following terms:


Returns

  • You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

  • Certain items such as intimates, swimwear, and clearance items are non-returnable for hygiene and final sale reasons.


Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.


Exchanges

  • We currently allow exchanges for size or color of the same item, subject to stock availability.

  • If the item is unavailable, we will process a refund instead.


Return

Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or sent in error.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return reaches us safely.


Damaged or Wrong Items

  • If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery for a free replacement or full refund.
